Canine Influencers

We had to include this one, because who can resist an excuse to talk about cute Instagram pups?! According to The Dog Agency (a management company for canine celebrities… of course!), some of their clients are now charging up to $20,000 per sponsored Instagram post. It’s a serious business for four legged influencers, with hosts of brands keen to have them promoting their products. There’s been a big focus on transparency when it comes to sponsored content from influencers, something we’re likely to see pushed out to furry friends on the internet. We’re thinking it’s time we put together a social strategy for office pups Evie and Parker!

Swiss in CSS

This week we’ve been checking out Swiss in CSS, a site featuring a number of typical ‘Swiss’ posters recreated and animated in CSS by Jon Yablonski. The site pays homage to the International Typographic Style and the designers behind the ideas for the pioneering design movement. It’s a big like from us.

Shortlisted for Social

We’re finishing with some brilliant news, after hearing we’ve been shortlisted in the 2016 Retail Week Customer Experience Awards! We’re up for the Social Media Customer Engagement Award with our #wherewillittakeyou campaign for the The Perfume Shop. We loved working on it, with Über creating the microsite and managing the social campaign. It was great to see hundreds of entries coming in, with a fantastic response from The Perfume Shop’s audience… That’s another awards night to add into the diary!
