  • Über Business Development Manager

    To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and attributes: 

    • Solid and recognised agency experience is essential  
    • Experienced in creating and developing a new business strategy
    • Proven history of growing a healthy new business pipeline
    • Keep abreast of all key competitor activity
    • Ability to lead and contribute to new business pitches
    • Attend regular, relevant networking events
    • Target prospects with relevant content and manage the internal production of key case studies and thought leadership content
    • Have the gravitas to excite about the agency and gather buy in
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the agencies full services including digital to effectively promote Über
    • Have over 3 years experience working within a creative agency in client services and/or business development
    • Able to conduct research and gain market insight 
    • Manage key marketing and communications partners/comms to maximize new business effectiveness (e.g. PR, digital, etc.)
    • Understand that business development is NOT a scatter gun approach and have a proven track record when it comes to success
    • Understands that business development is a team effort – you are not a lone gun for hire!
    • You will want to be part of the agency’s rich tapestry of talent and see this as a long term move

    This role will suit someone who is capable of taking ownership of this challenge. The ideal person should be methodical, resilient and highly ambitious with gravitas and excellent communication skills. A strategic mindset is a welcome bonus.

  • Über Strategy Manager

    To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and attributes: 

    • This is a high profile role, working closely with our client teams, leading and shaping strategy and driving change, innovation and business growth.
    • You’ll provide strategic direction and oversee content and communication development across the full mix of channels, using numbers to back up your brilliant insights and getting stuck in with marketing tech wherever necessary to ensure the work is effective and measurable.
    • Building great relationships with our clients and adding value strategically, you’ll maximise agency influence and value for clients.
    • It’s also an opportunity for you to share your vision and take ownership of strategic development for the agency.

    Skills and experience needed:

    • You’re a Strategist who’s developed experiences across different channels, worked on significant clients and has a good knowledge of the complete CRM landscape in the digital age.
    • With a strong commercial understanding of client business, you know the power of numbers, but don’t get bogged down in data.
    • You’re innovative and have the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and colleagues, facilitating changes in direction, risk taking and problem solving.
    • You’re ambitious and eager to keep learning.

    This is a brilliant role for a Strategist who wants to work with an agency that’s really going places. The ideal candidate should be methodical, ambitious and personable with excellent communication skills and happy to deal with all clients old and new. A strategic mindset is a welcome bonus.

  • Über Designer

    The science bit:

    A highly creative and personable Graphic Designer wanted to join our design team.

    • 5 years'+ commercial experience is required.
    • Experience spanning both digital and print is expected.
    • Major brand experience working on projects from concept to completion.
    • Ability to think imaginatively around a brief.
    • Attention to detail and strong typographical skills are essential.
    • Evidence in your portfolio of press, point of sale material, packaging and digital are a big plus.
    The tools of your trade will at the very least be:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Pencil
    • Brain
    • 3D skills are a bonus
