  • Über ATL Account Director

    We are looking for an AD who has managed full lifecycle above-the-line campaigns. You will be equally comfortable on site at a shoot as you would in a high-level client meeting and will ideally have experience with large budget television commercials.

    We need an AD who is happy to roll up their sleeves, has a desire to create great work, has a keen eye for detail and is a natural organiser. A self starter who takes responsibility is a must.

    Experience:

    • Experience of TV and traditional ATL disciplines is essential.
    • Skillful project management – expert in scoping and delivering projects on time, accurately and on budget.
    • Enthusiastic and a team-player.
    • Builds strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding the clients’ business.
    • The ability to work with the strategic department to develop the most insightful strategies and sharpest creative briefs possible.
    • Getting involved with new business acquisition and pitching.
    • We’re also looking for someone who’s had experience in the digital space and to help expand the digital offering.

  • Über Digital Director

    This is a key role within the company. Besides heading up and developing the digital team you will work closely with the MD to push the company forward and develop and strengthen the brands digital offering.

    You will need to be equally digital and business minded. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to brief and guide the development, design and social teams. You will be diligent, focused and dependable, able to build strong relationships and be a team player.

    You must be able to put together and manage digital campaign strategies and advise clients both existing and new on all things digital. Be the main point of contact across client and agency account services for all digital initiatives and projects. Be pro-active with clients finding weaknesses and recommending solutions. Internally you will be business savvy and be able to see opportunities for growth, implement initiatives to expand the business and capitalise on Übers creative and brand strengths to bring its digital department in-line and alongside.

    You will be familiar with and able to describe modern digital terms in detail to all walks of life. Such as; UX, user journeys, responsive design and social media strategy. Have an awareness of past, current and future trends. Such as; parallax, material design, chat bots, digital assistants, XR, blockchain & machine learning. You will also understand the differences between; Mobile-first vs Desktop-first, Hybrid App vs Native App, Waterfall vs Agile, Wireframe vs Prototype, On-page SEO vs Off-page SEO. Additionally, you will be expected to understand the best practices when approaching social media campaigns, strategies and media spend.

  • Über Junior/Middleweight Designer

    We are looking for a creative and personable Graphic Designer who has evidence of creativity in a professional portfolio. You will be comfortable being part of the creative team working as a designer on large campaigns and have the ability to be able to work on smaller projects on your own. You will be able to take design briefs and implement them, but will still generally be overseen creatively by the Head of Design and Creative Director.

    Experience:

    • 2 years’+ commercial experience is required
    • Experience spanning both digital and print is expected
    • Brand experience and being involved in the design process
    • Ability to understand and determine what is required from a brief
    • Capable of taking direction from senior members of the creative team
    • Attention to detail and strong typographical skills are essential
    • Evidence in your portfolio of branding, print, digital, advertising, packaging and point of sale are a big plus
    • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and any 3D skills are a bonus.

  • Über Strategy Manager

    To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and attributes: 

    • This is a high profile role, working closely with our client teams, leading and shaping strategy and driving change, innovation and business growth.
    • You’re the voice of the customer at every turn and touchpoint, and should ensure that this is a key focus for both clients and creative development.
    • You’ll provide strategic direction and brand and campaign development across the full mix of channels, using research, insight and analysis to underpin your thinking and being innovative with technology to successfully measure your work and its effectiveness.
    • You’ll be a confident, problem solver, making the complicated simple and driving the strategic direction of client briefs to create a process for delivery combining both strategic and creative outputs. You’ll then be in charge of delivering this process working with the client services and creative teams.
    • Building great relationships with our clients and adding value strategically, you’ll maximise agency influence and value for clients, creating a profitable function within the agency.
    • It’s also an opportunity for you to share your vision and take ownership of strategic development for the agency - you’ll be the champion of the Uber brand itself and brand guardian in terms of its development strategically.
    • A senior role within new business, interpreting and answering a new brief, being the lead - from brief right through to pitch as the strategic driving force.

    Skills and experience needed:

    • You’ll be presenting regularly , so being a confident and competent speaker is required, sharing your thoughts in an articulate and compelling manner.
    • You’ll have a deep understanding of the customer, and can conduct various research methodologies where required to get deeper insights and/or test creative concepts.
    • You’re a Strategist who’s developed experiences across different channels, worked on significant clients and has a good knowledge of the complete CRM landscape in the digital age.
    • With a strong commercial understanding of client business, you know the power of numbers, but don’t get bogged down in data.
    • You’re innovative and have the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and colleagues, facilitating changes in direction, risk taking and problem solving.
    • You’re ambitious and eager to keep learning.
    • You’re a leader, and able to work both autonomously managing your own workload, whilst being part of a wider project team on various accounts.
