Recently, Über office had a small invasion… In the form of 5,000 gnomes! No, we’ve not gone mad – it’s actually part of our latest project for home auction site Open Door.
In 2016 we worked with Open Door to progress the brand with a new style and concept, develop brand guidelines and create a suite of collateral. Über was tasked with getting across that these were quality, liveable homes rather than run down dwellings you expect from a property auction. Enter the humble garden gnome, synonymous with good living and quality home life. Across collateral, gnomes were used in a variety of poses to highlight the different brand USPs, such as speedy service and security.
After rolling out the updates last year, we’ve again worked on the Open Door characters, this time introducing gnome stress balls! Reinforcing all branding, the stress balls were designed in house by our team, with 5 gnome characters created. With every stress ball hand painted (a stage we passed onto experts…), the gnomes will be used by Open Door to pass onto clients. We’re chuffed with how they turned out!
