Exciting news for Uber this week as we finally had the chance to see our work recognised in ‘Understanding Social Media’ by Damian Ryan. Describing itself as ‘the essential guide to social media’, Uber’s Handy Tips Handed Down campaign for Crabtree & Evelyn was featured as a case study for its impressive results.
Our incredible team came up with the integrated digital and social project last year, creating a campaign that would encourage customers to submit their beauty tips for chances to win prizes and receive a voucher. Building the online conversation was key, with results showing over 1500 tweets, reach on Facebook up by 584% in the first week alone and 1300 tips shared. The strategy worked to utilize a microsite, content schedule and collaboration with leading beauty bloggers, widening the reach of the campaign further.
Being featured alongside some of the leading industry names is a great reward for a well thought out campaign. We’ll be adding it to our in office reading list!
